How We Help

We partner with our in-house clients on pro bono and social impact work that supports their personal interests in doing good, aligns with their company’s strategic priorities, strengthens their relationships with DWT attorneys, and increases access to justice for pro bono clients, communities, and causes.

HOME

In-House Gateway to Good

Harnessing the efficiencies and scale that technology makes possible, our Pro Bono and Social Impact Department partnered with DWT’s Enterprise Project Management Office to create a first-of-its-kind platform called the In-House Gateway to Good.

Expanding Access to Justice With Innovative Technology

The In-House Gateway to Good enhances and simplifies in-house legal departments’ access to pro bono by connecting volunteers with curated opportunities, allowing them to measure achievements, providing early access to CLE events, and offering step-by-step guides for developing world-class in-house pro bono programs. The platform also enables users to record pro bono hours, set organizational and individual pro bono goals, track progress, and more.

With its refined matching engine, the platform takes the volunteer’s professional interests and capacity to volunteer into account, thereby surfacing the most relevant, interesting content for that individual. The pro bono and social impact opportunities are derived from the expansive relationships DWT has with legal service providers in communities across the country, and DWT’s corporate clients will have the option to access and pursue them on this platform.

The In-House Gateway to Good reimagines how to provide access to justice for more communities than ever before by increasing the number of advocates giving back.
