Partnering with the University of Washington’s Racial Restrictive Covenants Project and our corporate clients, including Microsoft, to map racial restrictive covenants in property deeds throughout Washington state.

Filing an amicus brief on behalf of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and MHAction, an advocacy group for residents of manufactured homes, in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in a case with significant implications for discrimination litigation under the Fair Housing Act.

Representing the CAPACES Leadership Institute, a nonprofit that helps the Oregon farmworker community preserve native traditions, foods, and language, on the acquisition of a farm property and permitting of a food and cultural center.
